2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility varies based on the program type, duration of enrollment, and circumstances of the refund request. Please review the specific conditions below:

2.1 Standard Programs

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: For new enrollments in our standard programs, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days from the date of enrollment, you may request a full refund.
  • Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for the 30-day refund, you must have:
    • Attended at least 80% of the scheduled classes during this period
    • Completed all assigned work and assessments
    • Provided specific feedback about why the program did not meet your expectations

2.2 Elite Programs

  • 14-Day Assessment Period: For Elite program enrollments, we offer a 14-day assessment period. If you determine the program is not suitable for your needs within the first 14 days, you may request a refund minus a 15% administrative fee.
  • Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for the Elite program refund, you must have:
    • Attended all scheduled orientation sessions
    • Completed the initial assessment tests
    • Participated in at least one mentorship session

2.3 Workshops and Short Courses

  • 48-Hour Cancellation: For workshops and short courses, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date may receive a partial refund of 50% of the paid amount or a full credit toward a future workshop or course.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Study materials and resources that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Registration or enrollment fees explicitly marked as non-refundable
  • Subscription services after the specified refund period has expired
  • Services that have been fully delivered or completed

4. Refund Process

  2. Provide your full name, contact information, and enrollment details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant documentation or information to support your request

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will credit the refund within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 3-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other significant unforeseen events, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Appropriate documentation may be required to support such requests.
